Company Background
Shubini Consulting & Management Services was formed by young professionals upon realisation that in South Africa, there is still a virtual limited involvement of youth and historically disadvantaged individuals in consulting, advisory services, construction, and project management. It is recognised that many graduates still face an enormous challenge towards entering the job market due to lack of practical training and working experience.
It is against this background that Shubini Consulting & Management Services was formed with this as one of our key business drivers. We therefore intend to contribute towards addressing the challenge thereby affording young people with an opportunity to develop the vocational technical expertise and experience. As one of the Emerging Micro Enterprises in South Africa, we face many business challenges and impediments which we are prepared to overcome.
